More than a shawl, this chic mantle is stitched to allow the garment to be placed over the head to rest on the shoulders—no need to hold on to keep it in place. The wrap can be worn with the seam and end points facing front, on the side or even in back to make an extra-special, ultra-dramatic fashion statement. The fabric is graced with soutache trim swirled into a floral design, and we've played up that theme by adding a handcrafted, two-color ribbon rose-and-leaf motif, captured and placed at the peak of perfection. Decorative stitching and self-fabric fringe prevail at the hem. One size fits most.

Wear it and dance, free-spirited and unfettered, as a gypsy round a campfire. Deep maroon and mustard mesh and floral lace fabric provide ethnic flair to this ensemble. The pattern suggests a diverse international theme--Spain, Central or South America, or even the Middle East (belly dancing, anyone?)�and we�ve enriched it with multi-colored cording, gold metallic, crescent-shaped stitches and expressive and beaded tassels.
Shawl is partially sewn from wrist up to form a cocoon-like shape. Wear it tossed over one shoulder, or slip hands through and push it up a little for casual effect. Our SASH-ay forwards the theme with lots of decorative cording and gold metallic plus three tassels.
Fashion note: Strengthen the style by fortifying this look with mid- or full-length broomstick skirts. For serious impact, wear it with wide, palazzo, pajama-like capris or slacks in brightly-colored gold, sap green, purple or magenta silk or raw silk or crinkle-styled rayon.
