HOW TO PURCHASE

Using our secure, encrypted shopping cart, click either the “Add One to Basket” button and continue shopping, or the "Buy One Now" button and go straight to checkout. Click on the “Checkout” button any time to complete your transaction. Track purchases and running sub-total while you shop via our “Mini-Basket.” Instant e-mail will inform you your transaction has been concluded and, upon bank authorization approval of your credit card, or check clearance, we’ll send a second e-mail to notify you when your package has been delivered to the UPS or USPS shipping center for carrier pickup.

If you reach our answering machine, please leave your name and phone number including area code, and we will be happy to call you back at our earliest convenience.

PERSONAL CHECKS/POSTAL MONEY ORDERS:

We accept personal checks drawn on U.S. funds or Paypal e-check/direct pay using "amylouise@thewearwithall.com" as the recipient's e-mail address. To pay by e-check, select Paypal as your option to be taken to their website to select your payment option and complete the checkout process. If paying by personal check, merchandise will be shipped after your check has cleared (approximately 10 -14 days).

SHIPPING POLICY:

United Parcel Service (UPS): Select Ground or 3 Day Select service by clicking on the shipping drop down menu. Applicable U.P.S. shipping charges will be applied automatically during checkout, and you will see the cost of shipping total on your final invoice before submitting your payment.

U.S. Postal Service (USPS): For Domestic shipments, we offer Priority Mail Shipping with or without Insurance. Click on the shipping drop down menu to select Priority Mail service. Applicable U.S.P.S. shipping charges will be applied automatically during checkout, and you can opt to purchase insurance for an added minimal fee. You will see the cost of shipping total on your final invoice before submitting your payment.

Canadian shoppers may select Global Priority Mail for packages totalling 4 lbs. or less. Global Express Mail will apply for shipments that total more than 4 lbs. Global Priority Mail takes approximately 4-6 days for delivery. Global Express Mail takes approximately 3-5 days for delivery. We also offer Global Airmail which takes approximately 4-10 days for delivery.

We are only accepting payments from, and shipping to, the Continental United States and Canada at this time. Foreign orders can not be processed. Merchandise will be shipped the following day after your payment has received bank authorization approval. California Sales Tax will be added at the rate of 7.25% to merchandise shipped within the state.

Please Note: Each product in our inventory is unique, so once an item is purchased by a customer, it will no longer be available for sale.

REFUNDS & RETURNS:

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If, however, you decide to return an item, you may send it back within 15 days from receipt of delivery for full refund of the purchase price less shipping charges. Payment for return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

Please note, knitwear and couture items that have been worn for any reason, other than trying on for size and your approval, are not returnable. All merchandise must be received back in its original, pristine condition—clean, unworn and neatly folded — or a refund will not be issued.
