SAM Black Mini Flounce Skirt with Built-in Dance Shorts

Simple, swingy, and so comfy & cute--black flounce dance skirt with built-in dance shorts.  No bulky, extra-layer slip needed for this sheer, 100% polyester, elasticized-waist, black skirt.  Made in the USA.  Like new--never worn!  Label says dry clean only but I'm sure it would be fine handwashed in cool or cold water.
